Hello everyone and welcome back to this blog! As you have read in my latest post, we are under an enhanced community quarantine which means we cannot go out unless badly necessary, and I know most of you are under quarantine or self-quarantine, too!
Since I haven’t left the house since March 15, I think I’ve done a lot of things already. I have arranged my room bookshelf (which isn’t really a bookshelf, it’s just a cabinet and I turned it to one because I don’t know where to keep my books and I really want them next to me), changed my bed sheet and pillow cases, watched a lot of series, tried applying for an online job, came back to this blog, and now, what I’m currently doing is making digital art… in which I will share so just keep on reading!
I literally have nothing to do yesterday. I was scrolling through my iPad and I saw an app, Autodesk Sketchbook and I tried experimenting on the brushes and the pens it has. It is only very limited though but it’s great for starters like me.
This is the first one that I made– and I don’t really find it good or something but hey, it’s the first work I finished so nevertheless, I saved it.
And here is the second one that I made– also using the Sketchbook app– and I can totally see the improvement. I’ve always wanted to see the northern lights so I tried painting it. Don’t know if this was good enough but I think it’s okay! 🙂
Earlier today, I was with my mom in their room and I asked my mom if we can buy the application called Procreate (which is seriously….OG) and she said yes. So I bought the app and there… I explored the brushes and the options it has. And hey, it was really worth the price! I can’t wait to make more digital art with this. Here’s the first one I made:
And here’s another one that I made just now to end this post:
And that’s all! I hope you enjoyed this post as much as I enjoyed sharing my work. Anyway, I’m no expert at this stuff so I can’t really tell more about the applications but maybe soon! I have to dive deep before I completely grasp the features of both applications. But I think for now, I’m gonna have to stick with Procreate… honestly because I payed for it. Haha.
Again, thank you so much for reading! Please always stay safe, stay healthy and always wash your hands! I will see you in the next post!
