I write this at 8:35am. I skipped school today because I’m ill and we’re currently on the way to the doctor. Since we’re still pretty far from my doctor, I decided to write this post to make me remember that I should start being healthy.
I am totally not healthy. They say that my skin is a lot less tanner than theirs, but the truth is, I’m pale. My skin is pale, my lips are pale and my eyes look like they haven’t been sleeping for years.
I went to school yesterday and honestly it was an unproductive day for me because I was just like sleeping even though my eyes are open. I am totally not feeling well yesterday yet I decided to go to school. Everytime we go outside I feel dizzy and my body temperature changes from time to time. I also went to the clinic twice yesterday but my body temperature was normal. I don’t really know what’s wrong with me.
So now, I’m waiting for the doctor… The nurse said she’d arrive at 10am. It’s cold here and at the same time, boring. I have nothing else to do.
Alright, update. It’s 15:37 already and I definitely forgot to update this post. The doctor told me that I might have dengue or UTI but that’s IF my body temperature becomes abnormal again. She prescribed me with two kinds of medicine, I think they are both antibiotic which will prevent me to have dengue or UTI.. Not exactly sure but I guess that’s it. I will take the meds for a week then I should start drinking the vitamins that she gave me. She prescribed me a vitamin that would help increase the iron in my body.
I hope this will all work out. I don’t ever want to feel this kind of illness again. It makes me want to pull off my head because it freaking hurts. Haha.
Okay. I should start with little changes in my food, exercise and my daily routine. I hope eventually this will all turn out well.
- Eat a meal with veggies in it. Atleast twice a week.
Because I seriously don’t eat vegetables. My parents forces me to eat vegetables, but I don’t just like it. Ahhh. Lesson learned.
- Drink more water.
I thought my water intake was enough, but still, I need to drink more. I should probably go for 8 glasses of water since I think I only take up 3-5 glasses.
- Reduce drinking coffee.
Because sometimes I can drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day. Especially if it’s cold– ah, the struggle!!!
I’m still looking for a good exercise plan and 30-day challenges and such. I’ll update this as soon as I find the right one for me!!
I can’t absolutely say what will be my routine because routines are hard to change. But I aim to be asleep already before 11. If you have read my after school routine, you guys know that after school, I sleep first before studying. I think I need to change that.

Hello everyone!! This was supposed to be posted yesterday but I completely forgot to. However here it is now.
Update on my body temperature, the on off fever stopped (thank you, Lord!) but I still get dizzy at times.
