School papers can be really stressing to do and most of the time, messy when there’s a lot. I am a neat freak and I want ALL my school papers to stay organised the way they are. Sometimes it’s hard to stay organised and neat all the time but in this post, I’ll be giving you ideas on how I stay organised with papers.
Okay first, who among you are doing researches and theses? It’s really stressing, right?! As a Grade 12 student, we are currently conducting our quantitative research and this mean two things: stressful nights and a LOT of bond papers. Doing research uses a lot of papers and sometimes it can get ALL messed up which is something that I can’t really stand. And it’s not just about research and thesis, you also use a lot of papers to pass requirements in other subjects. So, how to stay organised?
1. Use paper clips.
This is my go-to school supply whenever I’m not sure yet if I would staple the papers already. Clips are really handy and honestly, when I was in junior high school, I’d never used a paper clip. It’s more useful in my senior high and I guess, a lot more when I go to college the next academic year. I have like 200 clips before and what’s left are like 30 clips already. I’ve USED a lot. If you’re not a paper clip person, then you should try it.
2. Use binder clips.
Honestly one of my favorite school supplies ever. I got pastel binder clips in National Bookstore before and I am really loving it. It is so pleasing and neat and light to look at! I use binder clips for papers exceeding 50 pages and more. This helps me to stay organised too because I can’t just staple papers having more than 50 pages so this is my go-to accessory!
3. Use folders and envelopes.
This is probably the most basic way to organize your papers– use a folder and any other supply like brown and plastic envelopes, clearbook and honestly anything that can keep your paper neat. As for me, I also have a clearbook that is ALMOST FULL of papers now and I haven’t really reorganized it yet so, no pictures!
4. Sort out your papers.
Sort out everything— from school permits, reviewers, requirements, thesis drafts and validated thesis finals. Or you can also sort out your papers per subject and clip it or put it in a clearbook– everything is honestly up to you and how you want your papers to be organised!
And that is pretty much everything for now! I actually wanted to share more detailed pictures but some of my papers are confidential to be seen in the camera (lol) so here’s just an overview!
Thank you so much for reading and I hope this is of any help to you staying organised with all the school papers!
Have a happy Sunday and a fruitful week ahead!
