Happy Guide: 6 Simple Lifestyle Changes For Health and Happiness | Book Review + GIVEAWAY!!

Recently I had the privelege to read an amazing book, entitled Happy Guide, which tackles everything about happiness and health. I am very excited to talk about this book, so let’s start right away!

Happy Guide by Michael Kinnaird

Michael Kinnaird, together with James Riddett, wrote a lifestyle book pertaining to happiness and health. They found that lifestyle is the root cause of nearly all suffering and that it needs to be changed. Happy Guide takes only about an hour to read and you’ll definitely enjoy it!


The book contains everything about happiness— how to be happy, what are the causes of unhappiness, the causes of happiness and some happiness secrets! πŸ˜‰ Honestly it is everything about happiness… and not just that, it also talks about health! There are health tips, some recipes to eat to be healthy and most of all, there are also sleeping tips (which I badly need)!!! This book contained everything we need to know about happiness and lifestyle, so I really enjoyed it.

The author, Michael Kinnaird, has also struggled with his own happiness for like 13 years and through that, he was able to make this amazing book. Kudos to Michael for being so excellent at making this book!


Reading books about health have always bored me, but the Happy Guide kept me entertained and it didn’t really bore me at all! The tips to happiness really entertained me and motivated me to do well in my everyday life as well as in my lifestyle.

What I really loved about the book is that it is very detailed about a topic and it will explain everything so you won’t get confused or won’t have any following questions at all. Plus, I really loved the sleeping tips! You guys know how much I have struggled with my sleeping schedule and finally, I have learned more tips about it and what other ways I can do to improve my sleeping sched!

Unfortunately, I didn’t finish the book in just one sitting because you know, life happens!

  1. This is a great Idea!. For me happiness is when the people around you and yourself is at peace. Being peaceful attracts positivity in life which allows us to see the beauty in everything. It is also a choice. A decision to choose to see the brighter side of things or situations. Happiness can be attained by being contented or if you have appreciation among the things or the people that surrounds you. Appreciation is one of the things that people doesn’t practice. But I believe that Little things that happens in our life could mean so much and who knows how those little things means to someone? even a smile can change someone’s decision. Happiness can also be attained by allowing ourselves to be open and to love one another because it is where all things started, with love.
