A Day In My Life | Quarantine Edition

Hello everyone! This is a post I made yesterday and since I have another planned post yesterday, I thought that I would just post this today. I hope you enjoy reading! ❤️

April 30, 2020

9:10 AM I woke up— huge thanks to my best friend for helping me wake up this early by calling me. I noticed that my phone was only 4% so I charged it. I hurried back to bed and then opened WordPress for a bit. I got a notification that my stats was booming so I decided to check it and read some posts. Now, I am getting up again to have my morning exercise.

I want to say a huge thank you for everyone viewing my blog! ❤️

9:50 AM I’m done with the exercise!! I’m just sitting here in my room right now thinking what to do next. I don’t usually wake up this early and I really want to do something good today. Aside from this post, I am planning to write another one post for today— that means I won’t be posting this post today. Regardless, I’ll continue writing and updating here.

9:55 AM I’m still all sweaty from the exercise but it’s time for our breakfast so ciao, see you later!

10:30 AM We’re done with the breakfast. My mom and I have been craving for sushi and she decided to do some today. I am gonna go watch how it works and I might help her, too.

10:35 AM It seems like I have nothing to do with the sushi thing. I’m just watching my mom do it and since I have my iPad with me, I’ll probably try to create a new artwork. I’ll update you on this one!

11:43 AM Mom finished making sushi. It tastes soooo delicious! And I actually finished on making the artwork, lol. I just made a really tiny and not so pretty plant and I just put some calligraphy above. Here it is.

12:05 PM I am actually so sleepy right now. Maybe I’d go take a nap for an hour or two. See you later!

1:44 PM I’m awake!! Yep, I managed to sleep even though it’s really hot today and it’s not a really good sleep at all. Do you all take a nap during midday too? Anyway I still don’t have any plan to do anything at all but maybe I’ll go take a bath then finally do the blog post that I was talking about earlier.

1:59 PM So I decided to eat some sushi first before finally going to bath. It’s really, really good. I really love sushi and have missing it throughout the quarantine so it’s really good that my mom learned how to do it. 🥺

3:48 PM This is honestly one of the most unproductive and hottest days, like ever. I don’t know but it’s really hot today and it’s kinda annoying. Anyway, I just finished taking a bath and my mom is currently doing a banana cake and graham. Tomorrow is our barangay’s fiesta so even though we’re on quarantine, we’re still cooking some food to celebrate it.

5:11 PM I just finished the first episode of The Chosen which is a TV show series about Jesus’s life. I saw The Chosen’s ads on Facebook and I thought I’d give it a try and watch. I’m actually just rewatching because I think I’ve watched the show already in December last year and I really loved it. I know most films about The Bible are kind of… problematic in a sense but I don’t know, I really loved this show and I literally cry in every episode. Fun fact about The Chosen, it is actually funded by the people BUT you can watch all the episodes for free in the app— and you can help create season 2 by paying the episode forward which helps another people to view it for free, too.

5:30 PM I am finally writing the blog post that I keep on mentioning earlier. I have my dog, Barker, by my side and he keeps on playing with me. Lol.

6:19 PM I have finally published the post! Since I only shared my artworks, it took me almost an hour to finally publish it. But normally, I spend two to three hours writing a post before finally publishing it. How about you? How long does it take for you to publish your posts? I’m legit curious. Anyway, I’m off now reading your posts! Later on we’ll have dinner. [Check the post out!: April Artworks 2020]

7:10 PM We just finished dinner and I am SO full. I’m currently waiting for it to go down and later on I’ll have my night skin care routine which to tell you honestly is not a lot.

8:08 PM I’m done with my night skin care. I literally just use a moisturizer and a lip balm then I’m done. I’m waiting for 9PM because 9PM is my prayer time.

8:35 PM Adjustment of plans. I’m gonna have the time to pray now. ❤️

9:00 PM I finished praying. I am actually done for the day and I’m just gonna be on my social medias or watch a good movie/series until I fall asleep.

That being said, I am also done for the day! I am so glad I kept up with this post all throughout the day because I remember how much I loved writing these kind of posts before.

A little side note that there’s no way I am implicating that you should feel or be productive this quarantine. This is a tough time for all of us, especially the front liners, so if you’re kind of feeling stressed and down about the whole thing going on, it’s actually okay and normal to feel bad or sad about it. Nevertheless, we should always remain hopeful that this, too, will pass. [Read: Quarantine Thoughts: Toxic Positivity]

  4. Dang so motivated– exercising first thing in the morning! I’m a wimp so I check the weather app to see when it’ll be the warmest outside, and that’s when I go for my run hahaha. Nice post!

      For sure, experts says it’s the best time for workout! 😄 Recently I’ve been doing the EASY HITT for beginners (20 min), Intermediate Abs (10 min) and Beginner Butt (10min). These workouts can be found in the app Workout for Women. 😊❤️
